Abrasion Resistance
Zyrad™ products, particularly the 500 and 555 series, are notable for their abrasion resistance which makes them ideally suited to electric motor applications, but useful for practically any industrial application that requires a tough and resiliant cable solution.

Radiation Resistance
Select Zyrad™ products feature special crosslinked polymer materials that have radiation resistant characteristics useful in the energy, scientific and medical sectors.
We can also manufacture bespoke configurations that offer greater radiation tolerance and electrical or EMC screening.
Temperature Range
Zyrad™ products such as the ubiquitous 500 series are often selected for their excellent temperature capabilities.
Some models boast an impressively wide temperature spectrum ranging from -65°C to +150°C with short term exposure of up to +250°C.
